Gaza Hospital Attack Has Set Off Termination of Israel: Raisi
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said the abhorrent Israeli strike on a hospital in the Gaza Strip that killed hundreds of Palestinians has marked the beginning of termination of the Zionist regime.
Addressing a rally held in Tehran on Wednesday in support of Gaza, Raisi condemned the terrible crime of the Zionist regime in attacking the Al-Ahli Hospital in the Gaza Strip.
“Today is a day of public mourning for the great nation of Iran, the Islamic Ummah, and humanity that some anthropomorphic people, who according to Imam Ai (PBUH) have the shape of a human but their heart is the heart of an animal, but even lower than that, have committed this horrible crime and shed the blood of the oppressed women and children,” he said.
The president noted that the Israeli attack on the Gaza hospital has marked the beginning of the end of the Zionist regime and said, “Every drop of blood of every Palestinian that is spilled on the ground brings the Zionist regime one step closer to its fall,” his official website reported.
Media reports indicate that at least 500 people, many of them women and children, were killed in the Israeli strike on Al-Ahli Hospital on Tuesday night.
More than 3,300 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza since Hamas’s October 7 operation outside Gaza.
