TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Peshraw Majid Agha Dizayee, a prominent figure closely associated with Israel's spy agency, was among the key individuals killed in the missile attack by the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on a Mossad headquarters in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Peshraw Majid Agha Dizayee, a prominent figure closely associated with Israel's spy agency, was among the key individuals killed in the missile attack by the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on a Mossad headquarters in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Agha Dizayee, considered influential within the Mossad spy network, had close ties with Hossein Yazdanpanah, the Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Freedom Party, who is known to be one of Mossad's mercenaries in the Erbil region. His activities included networking, support, and guidance for intelligence and operational teams against the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Another individual collaborating with Mossad in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq is Ilan Nissim, the commander of the "Tasa Elite" team.

Nissim is responsible for training paramilitary groups, terrorist organizations, and recruiting agents for Mossad in the region. The headquarters of Tasa Elite is located in the Kurdistan Region, and individuals and teams associated with Nissim oversee many domestic operations.

Although Western media has attempted to portray him with titles such as "Kurdish Merchant" or "Owner of the Luxurious Falcon Holding," according to some reports, Majid Agha Dizayee played a significant role in facilitating oil exports to Israel from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Dizayee, the owner and founder of the Falcon Group, engaged in various security, oil, gas, construction, and agricultural activities, as reported by Kurdish media. Interestingly, the Falcon Group's website states its willingness to provide security services to many international oil companies, indicating the deep connections between the founder of Falcon and the security and intelligence apparatus in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Founded by Peshraw Majid in 2003, this security company was the subject of a 2016 report by Global Research, which delved into its deep connections with Masoud Barzani, the then-President of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and his relatives Masrour Barzani and Nechirvan Barzani.

In that report, it was explicitly stated that the Falcon Company has approximately 600 employees, the majority of whom are former military personnel from the United States Army. According to the report, Falcon has played an active role in providing security services to American media reporters such as CNN and Fox News.

One noteworthy aspect is the employment of two former US Army soldiers named Larry Milam, serving as the executive deputy of Falcon Group, and Gary Kunder, serving as the director-general of the security unit of Falcon, known as "Falcon Security Company."

Falcon Security Company is a subsidiary of the Falcon Group, which is involved in oil and construction holdings. It is worth mentioning that this security company, through its main base near the city of Makhmur, not only provided training and managerial assistance to Peshmerga forces in operations against Saddam but also supported logistical activities for US forces during their presence in Iraq. Rudaw News Agency reported that in 2015, the mentioned company financially supported the families of killed Peshmerga members with a sum of one million dollars.

According to Global Research, some analysts believe that Falcon is directly linked to the US Defense Intelligence Agency and provides a significant portion of information related to the situation in Iraq to the Pentagon.

At that time, Global Research noted that some analysts believe that, following the increased influence of Iran in the region, US forces are seeking to pursue their goals in Iraq through Kurdish channels. In this regard, they have focused on the Barzani family.

The online magazine Markopolis also wrote about Falcon Security Company and its founder and CEO, indicating that Peshraw Majid Agha Dizayee returned to Erbil in February 2003 after cooperating with the political arm of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan in Europe to coordinate the roles of the Peshmerga.

This report also stated that after Saddam Hussein was ousted, Dizayee founded Falcon Security Company and actively operated as a security training arm to help the American coalition control the new government. It was also mentioned in this report that during the presence of US forces in Iraq, Dizayee closely collaborated with them as a security contractor. For instance, Falcon Security Company was responsible for providing security to Washington Group for the protection of 250 kilometers of the energy line in the "Beiji and Haditha" areas, and it was also the contractor for securing the Abu Ghraib prison compound for US forces.

Markopolis, in another report, wrote that Falcon Group celebrated its tenth anniversary on April 26, 2014, with several high-profile guests attending the event held at the luxurious Divan Hotel in Erbil. Notable figures among the guests included Nechirvan Barzani, Karim Sanjari, and Nozad Hadi from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and Alex Kyriakidis, the CEO of the international real estate company Marriott. Joseph Pennington, the US Consul General in Iraq, was also present at the ceremony.
