Abdelkarim Hassan Joins Persepolis: Official
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Qatari defender Abdelkarim Hassan officially joined Iran’s Persepolis football club.
He joined Persepolis on an 18-month deal.
Abdelkarim Hassan won the Asian Footballer of the Year award in 2018.
He represented the Qatar national football team 133 times and was part of the team that won the AFC Asian Cup 2019.
The left-back played for Kuwait’s Al Jahra Sporting Club until now.
Persepolis has been without a head coach since parting company with Yahya Golmohammadi in early January.
