Iran Earns Third Successive Win at AFC Futsal Asian Cup 2024
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran defeated Kuwait 4-0 in the AFC Futsal Asian Cup Thailand 2024 quarterfinals on Monday.
Kuwaiti players scored two own goals and Saeid Ahmad Abbasi also made a brace.
Iran had already defeated Afghanistan 3-1 and Bahrain 5-3 in Group D.
Iran will face Kyrgyzstan on Wednesday in the competition’s quarterfinals.
The competition is underway in Bangkok, Thailand, from April 17 to 28.
