Iran Falls to S. Korea at 2024 Asian Women’s U-18 Volleyball Championship
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran was defeated against South Korea (25-10, 25-20, 25-11) in the 15th Asian Women’s U-18 Volleyball Championship on Friday.
Iran will meet winner of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in the 5th-8th place on Saturday.
Iran had defeated the Philippines 3-0 in its opening match on Sunday in Pool B at the Ratchaburi Gymnasium in Ratchaburi, Thailand but lost to defending champion Japan 3-0 and Chinese Taipei 3-0.
The top four teams will qualify for the FIVB Volleyball Girls' U-19 World Championship.
