Iran to Meet Tunisia in 2024 IHF President Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran will play Tunisia in Group I of the President’s Cup on Sunday.
The Persians suffered three successive losses against the Netherlands 34-11, Romania 33-15 and Brazil 30-22 in Group A of the 2024 IHF Women’s Junior World Championship.
Iran goalkeeper Elnaz Yarmohammadi was named the Player of the Match against Brazil.
The two sides will continue in Group I of the President’s Cup, where Brazil and Tunisia start with two points, while Iran and Chile will be on zero points, in what promises to be quite a well-balanced group between the two sides.
