US, Israel, UK Conduct Airstrikes Against Yemen

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The US, British and Israeli military forces launched a series of massive airstrikes on Yemen’s capital Sana’a and the port of Hodeidah on Friday.

The Houthi media center said "an aggression" hit near Al Sabeen Square in Sana’a and six strikes hit the port of Hodeidah.

The "US-Israeli aggression" hit the central Hazyaz power station in the Sanhan district of Sana’a, Al Masirah TV reported.

British security firm Ambrey said on Friday that it received reports of airstrikes across Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen, including the port of Ras Isa, the country's main oil export terminal, according to The National.

There was no immediate comment from the Israeli regime or the US.

Last month, the US said it carried out strikes against Houthi targets in Sana’a and coastal areas, as the Yemeni group claimed attacks on Israeli targets in support of Gaza.

US Central Command said at the time that a Houthi command and control facility and weapon production and storage sites were destroyed in the operations.
