Egypt Coach Shehata Satisfied with Performance at FIVB World Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Egypt's national volleyball team's coach Nehad Shehata says that he is satisfied with their performances in total at the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Cup.
Egypt finished in tenth place after being defeated 3-0 against Iran in the competition held in Japan.
“Actually, we would have like to have finished the competition with a win, but most of the players, especially the younger players, lost their concentration today,” Egypt coach Nehad Shehata said.
“I think I can say we hit around 90 per cent of our target; we had a good ranking and got experience for our younger players and the team. So, I’m happy with the performance of my team,” he added.
