Haddadi, Nikkhah Bahrami Aim to Inspire Iran at FIBA World Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Hamed Haddadi and Samad Nikkhah Bahrami are likely to be playing their last FIBA World Cup and will be aiming to inspire their team out of the group stage for the first time.
There are loads of FIBA World Cup veterans, particularly from Spain, but it's a chance to acknowledge Iran's warriors Haddadi and Nikkhah Bahrami who will make their third straight appearance at the World Cup, fiba.com reported.
Iran has been pitted against Spain, Puerto Rico and Tunisia in Group C of the competition.
The 2019 FIBA World Cup will be held in China from August 31 to September 15.
The 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup will be the 18th tournament of the FIBA Basketball World Cup for men's national basketball teams.
