Iran Beats Hong Kong at 2019 AHF Men's Asian Qualification
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran national handball team defeated Hong Kong at the 2019 AHF Men's Asian qualification on Thursday.
Team Melli beat Hong Kong 48-16 at the competition’s 5–8th place semifinals at the Duhail Handball Sports Hall in Doha, Qatar.
Iran will meet Kuwait on Friday for the fifth place.
South Korea meets Saudi Arabia and host Qatar plays Bahrain in the semifinals.
The tournament winner will qualify for the 2020 Olympic Games.
