Tractor Beats Shahr Khodro: IPL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Tractor earned its successive win in the Iran Professional League (IPL), beating Shahr Khodro 3-1 on Tuesday.
Reza Asadi opened scoring for Tractor in the 37th minute. Captain Masoud Shojaei extended Tractor’s lead in the 50th minute.
Amir Hossein Moradmand pulled a goal back in the 53rd minute but Ashkan Dejagah scored in the 72nd minute to seal a 3-1 win for Tractor.
Earlier on the day, Pars Jonoobi defeated Paykan 3-1 and Gol Gohar beat Machine Sazi 1-0 in Sirjan.
Sepahan sits top of the table on goal difference ahead of Persepolis.
