Iranian Athletes to Participate at Istanbul Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Following the World Indoor Championships’ cancellation, Iran will send athletes to Istanbul Athletic Cup.
World Athletics has decided to postpone the World Championships in Nanjing, China, because of the rapid spread of the new coronavirus.
The championships were originally scheduled to take place on March 13-15 but will be postponed for March 2021.
Istanbul Athletic Cup will be held from February 16 to 20 in Istanbul, Turkey.
Iran is going to send 11 athletes to the event.
