Chris Beath to Referee Sharjah v Persepolis
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Australian referee Christopher James Beath has been chosen to officiate the match between Sharjah of the UAE and Iran’s Persepolis.
The 35-year-old referee will be assisted by his countrymen Anton Shchetinin and Ashley Beecham.
UAE Pro League champion Sharjah will host the Iran Pro League winner in Group C of the 2020 AFC Champions League at the Sharjah Stadium in Sharjah on Tuesday.
Beath was added to the FIFA International Referees List in 2011.
