Iran 3x3 Women Team Drops to 0-2 in FIBA OQT
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s women team was overwhelmed by world power Japan in its first match of the 2021 FIBA 3×3 Olympic Qualifying Tournament on Wednesday.
The Iranian team lost to Japan 22-4 in Pool B in the competition underway in Graz, Austria.
Iran also lost to Thailand 22-21 in its second match.
The Iranian team will face Ukraine and Australia on Friday but it has no chance to qualify for the knock-out rounds since just top two teams will advance to the next round.
