Iran Victorious over Egypt at 2022 Beach Handball World Championship
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran emerged victorious over Egypt 2-1 (20-12, 16-22, 6-4) in the 2022 International Handball Federation (IHF) Men’s Beach Handball Championship on Wednesday.
Iran started the campaign with a 2-0 loss against Denmark in Group C and lost to Norway 2-1 in its second match.
The top three in each group qualify through to two main round groups of six teams each.
The ninth edition of the 2022 Men's Beach Handball World Championships is being held from June 21 to 26, 2022 at Crete, Greece under the aegis of International Handball Federation (IHF).
