Iran Drops Two Spots in FIFA Ranking
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran dropped two spots to 23rd in the latest FIFA Men's World Ranking released on Thursday but remained Asia's highest side.
Japan dropped one spot to 24th while Korea Republic moved up one rung to 28th.
Brazil continued to be the top-ranked men's football team while its South American rival Argentina rose to third position, just behind Belgium.
Next FIFA world ranking will be released on August 25.
