Iran Too Strong for Kuwait at Asian Men’s U-18 Volleyball Championship
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran defeated Kuwait in straight sets (25-12, 25-21, 25-13) in the 14th edition of the Asian Men’s U-18 Volleyball Championship on Wednesday.
Iran will play Chinese Taipei in Pool A on Thursday.
Reza Vakili’s boys had defeated China on Tuesday.
Pool B consists of Japan, Thailand, South Korea and India.
The 2022 Asian Men’s U-18 Volleyball Championship started on August 15 at the Azadi Hall in Tehran, Iran and will finish on August 22.
The top four teams will qualify for the 2023 FIVB Volleyball Boys'U-19 World Championship as the AVC representatives.
