Iran Basketball Falls Short against Lebanon
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran's national basketball team was defeated against Lebanon 81-77 Thursday night in a friendly match.
Iran had lost to Lebanon 73-66 in its first match in Beirut Wednesday night.
Iran, headed by Hakan Demir, will also play two friendly matches with the Russian team in August, the Russian Basketball Federation (RBF) has previously announced.
The two warm-up matches against Lebanon were played as part of the preparation for the 2022 Asian Games.
