Iran Earns Two Wins at Men’s Hockey5s Asia Cup 2023
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran earned two wins at the Men’s Hockey5s Asia Cup 2023 underway in Salalah, Oman.
In the first match, held on Tuesday, Iran secured a convincing 7-2 victory over Hong Kong.
Amir Mahdi Mirzakhani, Aref Hamedi (two goals), Mohammad Ali Salehipour (two goals), Navid Taheri Rad, and Zabihollah Rahchamani scored for Iran.
On Wednesday, Iran beat Indonesia 5-2 in the in the Challenger Pool.
Team Melli will play Kazakhstan in its next match.
