Iraqi Resistance Strikes Israeli Target in Golan Heights

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iraq's Islamic Resistance, a coalition of anti-terror fighters, has announced a significant strike on an Israeli target in Syria's Golan Heights, occupied by the Tel Aviv regime.

The group made the declaration on Saturday, stating they had targeted the site "with drones." This action, they said, was part of their ongoing resistance against occupation and in solidarity with the people of Gaza, responding to "massacres committed by the usurping entity" against Palestinian civilians.

The resistance vowed to strike the enemy's strongholds, as it has done multiple times against Israeli regime targets since October, coinciding with the regime's aggression toward Gaza.

Since October last year, the Israeli war on Gaza has killed more than 34,000 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children, and injured at least 76,900 others, with thousands still missing.

In addition to targeting Israeli interests, Iraqi anti-terror forces have been hitting United States military bases in Iraq and neighboring Syria, protesting Washington's unwavering support for the Israeli aggression.

Throughout the relentless military campaign, the United States has furnished the regime with substantial military aid and consistently vetoed anti-Israeli resolutions at the United Nations Security Council.
