Sanat Naft Relegated from 2023-24 IPL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Sanat Naft football team was relegated from the Iran Professional League (IPL) on Tuesday.
In the penultimate week of the 2023-24 IPL, the Abadan-based football team suffered a 2-1 defeat to Zob Ahan in Isfahan and was relegated from the League.
Esteghlal Khuzestan, Foolad and Paykan are also in danger of being relegated from the IPL.
Persepolis and Esteghlal lead the table with 65 and 64 points, respectively.
