Al Hilal Coach Donis Delighted with Win against Foolad
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia Greek coach Giorgos Donis was delighted with the three points against Foolad.
The Saudi Arabian powerhouse football team beat Foolad 2-0 at the King Fahd International Stadium in Group C of the AFC Champions League.
“I’m very happy for the result because this is our second win in the competition and we are now top of the group and I want to congratulate the players for their great effort they have put in tonight,” Giorgos Donis told the-afc.
“Our players worked very hard and they were very disciplined on the pitch. The match was difficult for us because we didn’t have a defensive midfielder tonight and in the last three days we worked very hard in order to adapt to the new formation,” he added.
