Esteghlal Moves Top of IPL Table
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Esteghlal edged past Sepahan football team 1-0 here and provisionally moved top of the Iran Professional League (IPL) table on Tuesday.
Jafar Salmani scored Esteghlal’s goal with a shot inside the area in the 35th minute at the Azadi Stadium.
Esteghlal moved top of the table with one point above Gol Gohar, Sepahan and Aluminum.
