NOC President Khosravi Vafa, China Envoy Meet in Tehran
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – China’s Ambassador to Tehran Chang Hua met President of Iran's National Olympic Committee (NOC) Mahmoud Khosravi Vafa.
The meeting was held in Iran’s NOC headquarters on Tuesday in order to make further arrangements for the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou.
Ghafoor Kargari, head of the Iran National Paralympic Committee, Manaf Hashemi, NOC secretary general and Nasrollah Sajjadi, head of the delegation to Hangzhou, also attended the meeting.
“Our sports federations have already started preparation for successful performance in the Asian Games, and in this regard, the National Olympic Committee and the National Olympic Academy have provided the necessary facilities for the teams,” Khosravi Vafa said at the meeting.
