Iran’s Women’s Football Team Beaten by Jordan
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The national women’s football team of Iran lost to Jordan 2-1 in a friendly match on Sunday.
Afsaneh Chatrenoor was on target for Team Melli Banovan and Enas Al-Jamaeen and Lana Feras scored for Jordan at the Petra Stadium in Madinat Al Hussein, Jordan.
The two teams had shared the spoils in a goalless draw on Thursday.
Iran’s head coach Maryam Azmoun had invited young talents to the national team for these two friendly matches.
