Mahdavikia Named Al Jazira Al Hamra Coach
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Former Iran football winger Mehdi Mahdavikia was named the new head coach of Al Jazirah Al Hamra.
Mahdavikia has previously worked as coach in Hamburger SV Academy and Hamburger SV II.
The 47-year-old coach also led the Iran U-23 football team from 2021 to 2022.
Al Jazirah Al Hamra Club is a professional football club located in Al Jazirah Al Hamra, the United Arab Emirates.
It currently plays in the UAE First Division League.
